Checking review/merge status...
Every manual you maintain, who else is on it, and how active they've been -- just for the ones you're actually on.
Visible to every maintainer -- useful to check before you start indexing a manual that's already in the queue. Approve/reject only work if you're a real org admin (checked server-side, not just in this page).

All Manuals
Every approved manual, grouped by category -- within each category, manuals with no real maintainer are listed first.
You're not an org maintainer -- read-only view of what's pending.
Category, type, and display name
Pre-filled from the submission -- correct any of these before approving if something's off. These are registry labels only; they never touch the notarized manifest.json.

What kind of manual is this?
Which part of the site this belongs under, and what specific type within it. Asked first because it shapes the rest of this form -- required before you can pick a PDF.
Required before you can index.
Required before you can index. If nothing fits, pick Other -- it's always valid, and gets a real type once enough real submissions justify one.
This is a one-time step for this manual and won't run again once it's done. It indexes the full document, which can take up to 20 minutes for a large one. You can switch to another tab while it keeps working in the background. If you close this tab or the browser by accident, just come back and re-select the same PDF to pick up where it left off.
Advanced: speed
Indexing runs single-threaded (Normal) by default, deliberately: a real run at a higher setting once locked up a real machine hard enough to need a power-cycle. Faster settings use more of this device's CPU at once (more workers, more speed, more load), capped well below what caused that. Adjustable while paused or before starting; greyed out while actively running.
Confirm the manual
This value is guessed from scanning the manual's own cover page and falls back to the filename if that doesn't work. It should match the Blayde Manual naming convention: brand-model[-disambiguator], always lowercase (typing it any other way is fixed automatically). For a vehicle (Garage/Marina/Hangar/Farm), the disambiguator is the model year, e.g. suzuki-sv650-1999 -- a later manual for the same model (e.g. suzuki-sv650-2003) implies the next generation began and will create a new entry. For a Home or Hobby item, the disambiguator is whatever the manufacturer itself uses to tell real variants apart, if one exists (e.g. singer-15-91), or left off entirely when brand+model is already unique (e.g. yaesu-ft-101).
What kind of manual is this?
A short label for this edition -- OEM if it's the manufacturer's own manual, or the publisher's name for a well-known aftermarket edition (Haynes and Chilton, for vehicles). If this item already has a repo, this joins it as a new edition alongside whatever's already there. Required.
Required before you can submit.
Where can we find this manual?
Wherever you downloaded or found this manual, copy the link to that page (right-click the download link or the page itself → Copy Link) and paste it here, so the team can verify the source before approving. Not the file itself, just where to find it. Required.
Required before you can submit.
Review photo identification for initial submission
Your initial submission must meet Maintainer Standards. Quick reminders: delete anything that isn't actually a photo opportunity (wording, a stray line, a repeated find), since a blank box that can never be filled just confuses the next contributor · page numbers and running headers/footers aren't figures, delete those too · when unsure, leave it: a false positive costs a click to delete, but a missed real one costs nothing, since the team does a real check before this goes live.
